For Hanukkah this year, courtesy of my awesome brother-in-law, I got the Circut Cuttlebug Machine (it's an embossing and die cut machine). Like most men, he had no idea what it did, (my mom told him what I wanted and he just went and bought it) so, knowing that his and my sister's anniversary was coming up I decided I would demonstrate it what it did for him.
I made them a simple, yet elegant 10 year anniversary card.
I made them a simple, yet elegant 10 year anniversary card.
My card is 7 in by 10 in wide laying flat and 7 in by 5 in folded. I used the Cricut Cuttlebug 5 in by 7 in Pirouette embossing folder. For the butterflies I used the Sizzix Butterflies & Rings Die, the butterflies come in two sizes, I used them both. I used the Spellbinders Die D-Lite Medallion Five for the die underneath the "10", I just used the outline of it for this project. The little diamonds I used are DCWV Gem Stickers. And the border underneath the "Happy Anniversary" I cut with FISKARS Paper Edgers Majestic scissors. The "10" and "Happy Anniversary" I typed and printed out on a word processor and I used MF Wedding Bells created by Misti's Font on mistifonts.com.
I'm really enjoying my new toy, so I'll be showing you guys more cards as I make them.
¡Chao!♡
